If an item is canceled by our distributor or manufacturer, you will receive a full refund—no action needed on your end.

Preorders help us secure items specifically for you. You may cancel a preorder within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, preorder items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In-stock orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Address Accuracy & Returns

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be canceled and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you’d still like the item, we’re happy to reship it—just note that a new shipping label will need to be purchased.
